Mushroom lovers will enjoy this sauce, flavored almost completely with sauteed mushrooms.
1 Tbsp + 1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lb Mushrooms, washed and sliced
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp black pepper
Saute mushrooms, parsley, and salt in 1 Tbsp olive oil, for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and set aside.
Pour remaining olive oil and the black pepper over drained pasta and toss.
Add mushrooms, toss, and serve.
