Sauce of the Day: Two Cheese Sauce

Pasta sauces in our home can run the entire spectrum of complexity. Sometimes we love a big pasta sauce with 10+ ingredients, other times we want to enjoy the pasta and only enhance its flavor with a very simple sauce.

This recipe is easy and quick.

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup parmesan, grated
3/4 cup romano, grated
black pepper, to taste

Melt the butter and pour over drained pasta; toss

Add cheeses and toss.

Season with pepper and serve

Recommended pasta: Thin stringy types
